11/20 A man struck by a car in Prescott Valley Monday night did not die as initially reported by Prescott Valley Police; he is expected to survive his injuries. Officials say they received incorrect information. The man, whose name has not been released, was struck by a car near the intersection of Florentine Road and Majesty Drive. The investigation determined the man was intoxicated and stumbled into the roadway where he was hit by a passing vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was cleared of any wrongdoing.
