11/18 Last Thursday, the Navajo Police Department K-9 Unit conducted a school search at Chinle High School and Chinle Jr. High School. During the search, a large amount of THC vape pens, alcohol and other drug paraphernalia was found along with 26-grams of shrooms. One student was arrested and others were referred to the school for administrative action. The department has been investigating the rise of sales and distribution of THC vape pens in various schools.
