11/18 Yavapai County will hold two public meetings to discuss the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds. The county could receive up to $1.8-million. The funds must be used to benefit low-income persons and areas, alleviate slum, and blight, or address urgent needs. A public hearing will be held on November 27-th at the Development Service Room on Commerce Drive in Prescott and December 2-nd in the Board of Supervisor’s meeting room in Cottonwood; both hearings start at 9-am.
