Crown King is not threatened and no evacuations are necessary at this time. If conditions change, we will post here.
No roads are closed.
Stay alerted with the genesis (zone evacuation info) and Watch Duty apps. Genesis should be available on the YCSO website.
The Muldoon fire is contained. It was held to one acre. PNF and CK personnel are monitoring the fire overnight.
The Wasson fire acre numbers are not available yet. There is
1-hot shot crew,
1 type 2 hand crew,
2 engines and a type 1 helicopter working the fire.
There were several air drops by LATs throughout the day.
The area should not be travelled until the fire is contained and personnel have vacated. This may be several more days.
