This morning at approximately 1:15 AM, a large structure fire broke out on the south side of Florentine Rd. at Main Street in Prescott Valley. Fire Crews and police are on scene. 
The 685,000 square foot building / parking lot structure that was under construction was completing engulfed in flames and is a complete loss.
EVACUATED AREAS:
Talking Glass Residents from Building B can now return to their apartments. Returning residents can only access the apartment complex through the east entrance off of Lake Valley Road south of Florentine.
Talking Glass Residents from Buildings C and N can now return to their apartments. Returning residents can only access the apartment complex through the east entrance off of Lake Valley Road south of Florentine.
State Route 69 is open through Prescott Valley

Florentine Rd. @ Lake Valley Rd.
Florentine Rd. @ Main Street.
No fire personnel, police officers or citizens have been injured. The fire is still active and being suppressed.
