World’s Oldest Rodeo Informational Meeting

Prescott Frontier Days, The World’s Oldest Rodeo, in partnership with the city of Prescott, will host an informational meeting to review the proposed master plan for the rodeo grounds on Tuesday, June 6th from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Mackin Building at the rodeo grounds. There will be a brief presentation followed by a Q & A session. Citizens will be able to see renderings, and learn about the long term plan to improve the ground. And make it a world class facility for rodeo, equine events, conferences, meetings and trade shows. The meeting is intended to gather the public’s input for the proposed plan, in order to help achieve the best outcome. There are procedures in place to make sure that every attendee is heard. The rodeo grounds are City of Prescott property and are used for the World’s Oldest Rodeo, Yavapai County Fair and other events throughout the year.
