Chino Valley foregoing 4-th of July fireworks

Chino Valley Town’s Council has decided to forego July 4 fireworks and
activities in order to focus on Territorial Days. Cyndi Thomas, community
services manager for Chino Valley, said recreation staff approached the town
administration and town council to make the decision so the staff could put
more effort and resources into Territorial Days’ events. Since there are no July
4 events in Chino Valley, the staff is encouraging everyone to support and
enjoy their neighboring communities festivities. Territorial Days is always on
Labor Day weekend so this year it will be Sept. 2-3.
