Grand Canyon National Park Service offering a shuttle service

The Grand Canyon National Park Service will be offering a shuttle service between the Grand
Canyon National Park Visitor Center and the town of Tusayan beginning May 28th. The
summer is a very busy time of year for the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, with long wait
times and full-capacity parking lots. Riding the new shuttle service will help visitors avoid
lines and reduce vehicle congestion in the park. In order to ride the shuttle, visitors must
have a valid park pass, which can be purchased at the IMAX, Canyon Plaza Resort, Red
Feather Lodge, Westwind Air Service. The Tusayan shuttle route will run every 20 minutes
from May 28th until September 9th with the first bus leaving Tusayan at 8 a.m. and the last
bus leaving the Grand Canyon Visitor Center at 9:30 p.m.
