Prescott Valley Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 28-year old Kayla Howell who was reported missing on Tuesday morning. Officials say Howell’s family last heard from her on October 12-th. She was expected to go to an appointment on the 12-th but never showed. She is considered new to the area. Howell is described as 5’6. 130-lbs with green eyes and blonde hair. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department or Yavapai Silent Witness.
