The Yavapai County Health Department and Spectrum Healthcare have booked all their available appointments to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Those people who fall into the 1a and 1b categories should continue to monitor their websites to see when more appointments become available. Both agencies say they have to wait for more vaccine. The County Health Department has also indicated that some private physicians will be receiving doses next week, so those wanting the vaccine should check with their doctor. In addition, Fry’s and Safeway should be on board with vaccine next week. Pharmacy Information is on the Health Department’s Vaccine Information page. Spectrum officials say if you have an appointment in Cottonwood, there’s been a change in the vaccine location. Those with an appointment this weekend should go to the Spectrum office at 8-east Cottonwood Street; Monday through Friday appointments should go to the Verde Valley Christian Church on South 6-th Street in Cottonwood next Monday through Friday. Coconino County is also completely booked and are waiting for more vaccine.
