Officials keeping an eye on the recently sparked Willow Fire

Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest officials say the Willow Fire burning on the Black Mesa Ranger District is about 30-acres in size with 0% containment. Officials say lighting sparked the fire on Tuesday when thunderstorms occupied the area. The fire is located within the 2007 Wilkins Fire footprint and is in a remote area. No structures are threatened at this time.
