Four people were killed in a crash on Highway-169 Sunday morning, forcing the complete closure of the roadway for several hours. DPS officials say the crash involved two vehicles that collided head-on. The incident remains under investigation with no other information available at this time. This is the second fatal crash on Highway-169 in less than a week. A 63-year old Utah woman’s vehicle crossed the center-line and collided with two pickups last Wednesday morning; she was pronounced dead on scene.
