Coconino County Manager James Jayne has named Joanne Keene the new Deputy County Manager. Keene has almost 25-years in local, state and federal government. Keen served as the Government Relations Director for Coconino County from 2007-to-2015. She serves on the Board of Directors for Arizona Forward and is the Governor’s appointee to the Arizona State Fair and Exposition Board and the Arizona Commission on the Arts.
