ADOT has changed the work schedule that will force the complete closure of I-17 southbound between Sunset Point and Bumble Bee Road. Officials say the work will begin tonight at 10-pm and continue through 2-am Wednesday morning. The same closure will occur Wednesday night into early Thursday morning. Crews are installing concrete barriers along the interstate. Drivers should consider traveling through the area before or after the closure, or use an alternate route.
