Flagstaff officials say due to changes with private building ownership, the planned New Year’s Eve fireworks location has been moved. Fireworks can be best viewed in the area around Heritage Square. Fireworks demonstrations are planned for 10-pm and 12-am in coordination with the Pinecone Drop.
