A contractor working on the Prescott National Forest began using heavy equipment to thin approximately 200-acres along Walker Road south of the Lynx Lake Recreation Area in Prescott. Visitors can expect to see thinning crews working along the eastside of Walker Road between the Lynx Lake Recreation Area and the community of Walker. Trail #305 is closed due to this work.
