Flagstaff Police believe they’ve arrested the suspect in last Thursday’s drive-by shooting. Sgt Charles Hernandez says they received a Silent Witness tip on Sunday that led them to 38-year old Isaac Garcia of Flagstaff. He says a search of Garcia’s residence located a firearm and other items of evidence. Garcia was jailed on charges of drive by shooting, assault with a deadly weapon, being a prohibited possessor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hernandez says Garcia pulled up next to the victim’s vehicle and fire several times into the car striking the victim multiple times. The victim was treated and released at FMC for non-life threatening injuries.
