Another fugitive featured on the last round of Yavapai Silent Witnesses Catch 22 program has been captured. Director Chris Wilson says Day-3 is in custody. Monday morning, Payson Police made contact with 33-year old Sarah Easterday-Shortridge who is wanted in Yavapai County on charges of child abuse, adult abuse, failure to appear and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Easterday-Shortridge lied to police, assaulted 3 officers and resisted arrest. Upon her arrest she was in possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. This brings to 7 fugitives captured from the last round of Catch 22. The next round begins Monday.
