Prescott Valley student threatens to shoot up his classroom

Tuesday morning, Prescott Valley Police responded to Bradshaw Mountain High School to investigate threats made against the school by a student. Spokesman Jerry Ferguson says a 15-year-old student at Bradshaw Mountain High School made a terrorist threat by stating he would, “shoot up the class,” starting with the teacher. Prescott Valley Police investigated the incident and arrested the juvenile. Ferguson says the juvenile was booked into the juvenile detention center for 1-count of making a terrorist threat and 1-count of threatening and intimidating. He says all threats are taken seriously.
