Flagstaff High School has been declared the winner of the 2019 Vans Custom Culture contest, winning $75,000 from Vans shoes to go towards the school. Earlier this morning, officials say that honor was credited to Sophomores Nicole Dougherty, left, and Alyssa Williams who created the winning designs for the competition among high school students across the country. Williams and Dougherty’s designs won out over those from 500 other competing schools.
