Panettiere was convicted of 6 Counts of Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, in Yavapai County. The victim was a 13-year-old female that was known to him. Panettiere was sentenced to 5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections and placed on Lifetime Probation. He cannot reside with or have contact with any child under 18. Panettiere is not allowed to not socialize or go to or loiter near places primarily used by children under the age of 18. Panettiere is on lifetime probation.
