ADOT is advising drivers on Highway 89 between Deep Well Ranch Road and Highway 89A to prepare for delays beginning at noon on Wednesday and continuing through 7-am on Friday, while crews shift traffic onto the new southbound sections of the roadway. Traffic will be restricted to a single lane in each direction. Southbound traffic will not have access to Perkins Drive.
