Portion of Riverfront Park in Cottonwood open again after last weeks flood damage

A portion of Riverfront Park has been reopened to the public following flood damage from last week. Cottonwood Public Works says crews worked to clear the debris left behind by the flood waters and have reopened the skate park and softball fields. The disc golf course is “play at your own risk” due to downed trees and site conditions not being right to access the course with equipment. Still closed are the swing sets, kid’s playground, picnic ramadas and the volleyball courts.
