Unsettled weather Saturday through next week

According to the National Weather Service, the long range weather models indicate a more active storm track into the southwest this weekend and into next week. The Climate Prediction Center indicates a 60-to-70% chance above normal precipitation next week. Confidence in the details is low at this time but expect multiple chances for precipitation during the same time period. Currently there’s a 30 to 40% chance of rain and snow showers in the forecast Monday through Wednesday with a 20% chance on Saturday.
