According to AAA Arizona, gas prices are dropping for the holidays. On the week, the national average shed 4.4-cents to land at $2.40 per gallon. Prices in Arizona dropped 4- cents to $2.74. The duration of the current downward price trend is largely dependent on crude inventories and prices. Tucson has the lowest fuel price in the state at $2.76 per gallon with Prescott having the highest price at $2.94 per gallon.
