This week, Flagstaff City Council approved an ordinance banning electronic cigarettes and similar devices where smoking is already prohibited. The amendment is to the code titled, “Smokefree Air”, which prohibits smoking inside city businesses, parks and cemeteries. The code was changed to include electronic cigarettes, vaping and all other tobacco products. It’s set to take effect on January 10th.
