Flagstaff Police issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 900 block of East Sterling Lane. In June 2007, 36-year old Stephen Arthur Grimm was convicted of Rape in the Third Degree and Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor. He was also convicted of Failure to Register in both 2008 and 2013. Grimm is considered a level 2 offender or an intermediate risk to the community.
