Until further notice, the Verde Ranger District office on Highway-260 in Camp Verde, will have limited services. Spokesperson Debbie Maneely says the limited services include the sale of fuelwood permits and maps. Maneely says they recommend you call first to make sure someone is available to sell fuelwood permits or maps before visiting the office. The public should use any other Prescott National Forest Service office or the Red Rock Ranger District Office on Highway-179. There will be someone at the Verde Ranger Station on November 19-th when Christmas Tree Cutting Permits go on sale.
