2-million in grant funding available through Arizona State Parks and Trails.

Arizona State Parks and Trails is currently offering funding through grants for Motorized, Non-Motorized, and Diverse trail projects. Approximately two million dollars is available, which may be used for trail development and trail maintenance projects for pedestrian uses such as hiking, running, bicycling, equestrian, off-road vehicle usage and ADA-accessibility improvements. Eligible applicants include governmental entities as well as non-profit organizations and clubs. Funding from the Land and Water Conservation Fund for Outdoor Recreational Sites is also available.
