The Chino Valley Town Council approved a Conditional Use Permit for a food truck court during their meeting this week, which opens the possibility of a 3-truck food court at 246 North Highway-89. The proposal was submitted by property owner Bruce Eldredge, who asked for and received a 2-year permit for the project. Vendors will be required to obtain a 1-year lease, hold a current business license, and meet all health department requirements. Also approved was a proposal to spend $900 for the purchase of United States flags to line Highway-89.
