Prescott Valley Police issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 4400 block of North Katie Circle West, in Prescott Valley. In 2007, 43-year old Walter Henry Carson, who was 32 at the time of the crime, sexually molested a 14-year old female who was known to him. Carson is considered a level 2 offender, or an intermediate risk to the community.
