DPS has released the identity of the man killed in a semi crash on eastbound I-40, east of Flagstaff early Tuesday morning. Officials say the victim is identified as 23-year old Jatender Singh of Richmond, New York. Singh was in one of two semis that crashed near each other. Officials say a semi rolled and blocked both lanes of traffic at which time a second semi collided with a guardrail. The driver of the rolled semi was treated at an area hospital; Singh was driving the semi that collided with the guardrail; he was pronounced dead on scene. It took several hours to clean up the wreckage.
