YCSO released a sex offender notification for residents living in the 300 block of Spur Circle, in the Verde Villages. In 2018, 19-year-old Christian Alexander Swank was found guilty of 3-counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor, and 1 count of attempted child molestation. The victims were 6 and 12-year old females known to the offender. Offender was sentenced to supervised probation for 5 years and served 6 months’ flat time in the Yavapai County Jail with credit for time served. Swank has lifetime sex offender registration, is on active probation and considered a level 2 or intermediate risk.
