City of Flagstaff hosting public meetings on Southside issues

The city of Flagstaff will host public meetings on July 24th and 26th  to discuss needs and solutions in the Southside neighborhood. These discussions will inform the upcoming Southside Neighborhood Specific Plan. The meeting on July 24 will focus on moving people and water. The meeting on July 26 will focus on strengthening the Southside community. The meetings will be held at the South Beaver School from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Both meetings include an optional neighborhood tour from 4:30-6:15 p.m. Please RSVP for the tours by calling (928) 213-2615. Additionally, city staff has knocked on every door in the Southside neighborhood to discuss or administer a survey to residents regarding their vision, assets and issues for the neighborhood. More information can be found on the project website at www.flagstaff.az.gov/southsideplan.
