Yavapai County Health Department back to school shots

The Yavapai County Health Department is urging parents to start thinking about back-to-school vaccinations. A series of clinics offering the vaccinations have been scheduled at each of their public health locations; school begins again in early August. Physicals will be offered at the same time. Parents will need to bring their children’s shot records, and check with their doctor to make sure the records are up to date. For uninsured children, there is an administration fee of $20 per child receiving vaccines. The administration fees can be waived under certain circumstances. The health department will bill for insurance.
