Voters within the Cottonwood Oak Creek School District, Mingus Union High School District and Clarkdale Jerome School District will be voting on consolidation this November. Yavapai County School Superintendent Tim Carter says voters will decide if Cottonwood Oak Creek will consolidate with Mingus Union; Clarkdale Jerome would remain separate. Carter says each household with a registered voter will receive an information pamphlet, including a consolidation plan prior to the election.
