Coconino National Forest crews are working the Romero Fire today. The fire started early this morning and is located 20-miles east of Camp Verde, just north of Highway-260. It appears the fire may have been started by a vehicle dragging a chain. Spokesman Brady Smith says the fire charred 11-acres and is fully contained.
