Governor Doug Ducey has ordered that flags at all state government buildings be lowered to half-staff today to honor a Nogales police officer fatally shot while on duty. The Nogales Police Department said Officer Jesus Cordova was shot when he stopped a carjacking suspect Friday. 28-year old David Ernesto Murillo of Tempe was taken into custody in connection with the shooting.
