Rattlesnake Fire 63% contained

The Rattlesnake Fire in eastern Arizona is now 63% contained at just under 26,000-acres. The human caused fire has been burning since April 11-th. Crews have the progression of the fire stopped to the north and continue to monitor all other sides of the blaze. The strong winds could easily rekindle the blaze and cause spot fires. The area remains closed to the public.
