Rattlesnake Fire at 15,400 acres/25% contained

The Rattlesnake Fire outside Whiteriver in eastern Arizona is now over 15,400-acres in size and is now 25% contained. Crews spent the weekend strengthening and expanding the containment lines. The human caused fire was first spotted on April 11-th. Anyone with information on who started the fire is asked to call the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests. The area surrounding the fire is closed to the public.
