Rattlesnake Fire burning in northeastern Arizona

Crews are battling the largest wildfire so far this season. The Rattlesnake Fire is burning southeast of Whiteriver in eastern Arizona. The fire was first reported on Wednesday and has charred over 400-acres. A Type-3Team is scheduled to take control of the fire tonight at 6. Crews are currently conducting burnout operations on the northwest corner of the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
