Motorists traveling on Mingus Avenue between Willard and 10-th Street in Cottonwood can expect to see traffic control changes routing traffic to the newly paved south half of the roadway. The change took place last night. In addition, 6-th Street will be opened to traffic in both directions. Work is still taking place so motorists are asked to slow down and use caution.
