Coconino National Forest Fire crews fought the Buffalo Wildfire yesterday off I-40, 20 miles East of Flagstaff. Officials say the wildfire started in the dry grasses on the south side of the Interstate Wednesday afternoon. Officials say by the time the fire was contained on Thursday evening, it had burned 123 acres of State land. The cause is still under investigation.
