FBI arrests 18 in warrants sweep

The FBI and cooperating agencies, recently served 18-federal arrest warrants and 6-tribal arrest warrants on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation in the White Mountains. The sweep resulted in 18-arrests. The suspects were wanted on a series of charges that included 1-st and 2-nd degree murder, involuntary manslaughter and intent to distribute methamphetamine. Officials say they’re still looking for one wanted subject, 41-year old Anthony “Wee” Johnson, a Native American male wanted for selling methamphetamine. The operation also resulted in the arrests of four prisoners who had escaped from the White Mountain Apache Department of Corrections on March 21-st.
