| Thanks to residents and visitors to the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park reducing their water consumption over the last week and a half have, the park has been able to refill water storage tanks to sustainable levels. Officials say the park has shifted to Level 3 water restrictions, which allows park concessionaires to begin dish washing at selected dining establishments. |
