Earth Day at Red Rock State Park

The staff and volunteers of Red Rock State Park will be hosting fun and educational information booths to celebrate Earth Day.  Come learn about the wonders of the natural world.  There will be activities for both adults and children.  The day will begin with a bird walk at 8 am with several other guided hikes available throughout the day and presentations in the theater.  Information stations will be available from 10 am to 3 pm.  Special guests include the Oak Creek Watershed Council and the Sedona Philosophy Experience.  Entry fees for children 7 – 13 will be reduced to $2 for this event and kids under 7 are always free.  Some of the hikes and presentations have space limitations and require reservations.  For a complete list of activity times and descriptions please visit our website at
