Coconino Humane Association/Dutch Bros Fundraiser

July 11, 2017

On Tuesday, July 11, Dutch Bros Flagstaff located at 301 Regent will donate proceeds from the day to the Coconino Humane Association.

The Coconino Humane Association strives to provide shelter for homeless and unwanted animals. Through various programs including community education, cruelty investigations, a pet food bank, emergency response, senior adoption program, disease prevention, and adoption services to Northern Arizona this local nonprofit is able to be the voice for these animals.

“Flagstaff in general has love for animals like I’ve never heard of. Through the stand we get so many fun, exciting critters we felt one of the best ways to help out in our community is to help our adorable fur babies,” said Sam Sanchez, owner of Dutch Bros Flagstaff.

To help promote the event, Flagstaff Dutch Bros will also be offering a nine-stamp loyalty card with every large drink purchased. Funds raised on July 11 from 5 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. will directly support the Coconino Humane Association as they continue to find forever homes for local animals in need. “Pets have such a huge impact in so many lives we wanted to try and positively impact their lives as much as possible,” said Sanchez.

About Dutch Bros Flagstaff

Dutch Bros Flagstaff is locally owned and operated by Sam Sanchez.

A little over ten years ago in 2007, Sam began working for Dutch Bros as a broista. Throughout those ten years, Sam has had the opportunity to work with Dutch Bros team members at all levels of the company. She knew very quickly that she wanted to become a franchisee, and in August of 2016 she did just that when she opened her Flagstaff location.

“I really love the company, and the opportunity to take the next step in a company I love, with people that have become family is an amazing reward.” Says Sanchez.
