Prescott Valley police says man stole items from mailboxes
Prescott Valley say an unknown suspect used a crowbar to pry open mailboxes at an apartment complex in the area of Glassford Hill Road and Spouse Drive, and stole mail and packages from 150 residential addresses. Spokesman Jerry Ferguson says the theft occurred at about 9:30-pm Thursday. He says a man was seen carrying an orange/gray duffel bag into which he placed the stolen mail. He then drove away in a silver/grey SUV. The suspect is described as a male white wearing a white short-sleeve t-shirt and green or gray shorts that appear to be camouflage or plaid patterned.
