Saturday afternoon, Sedona Fire responded to a vehicle fire on Boynton Pass Road. Fire Marshal Jon Davis says the driver had pulled over his sprinter van to take a phone call before he noticed smoke coming from the engine compartment. Crews extinguished the van along with some nearby brush. The sprinter van was a total loss and no injuries were reported.
