Governor Doug Ducey has ordered that all state flags be flown at half-staff until sunset Saturday in coordination with the Presidential Proclamation. Saturday will be the day of interment for Former First Lady Barbara Bush who died Tuesday at the age of 92. Barbara Bush was known as the advocate for family literacy.
